Difficulties setting up floating license (Flexnet) on our severs.

Device #1 was able to access and checkout the floating license without any additional setup. Can you tell me what might be the problem on the second device?

Not only does Port 27000, have to be open, but the pathway to Numminno.exe needs to be added to the firewall.

Moving License to new server
