Delay of the License checkout: Slow performance

The long delay appears to be FAB waiting for Flexnet to finish searching for the license, etc.

Perhaps using a different PORT# for FAB to access the license (on the server) may help.   Make sure on client computers to use the environment variable   NUMINNO_LICENSE_FILE   (as the default variable LM_LICENSE_FILE may have many other products included).
