I edited the lic file to read "VENDOR numinno C:\FLEXnet\numinno.exe"
When I type the 'lmgrd -c license.lic'
The Flexnet license server window opens, and it has a 'Status 25 (invalid host)'

This appears to be an issue because of version differences in the existing Flexlm license service (already on your server), and merging the other Flexlm version FAB3000 is expecting. Typically you can create a separate Flexnet service on your server just for FAB3000 (using the Flexlm license manager files included with our Network bundle) so it doesn't conflict with your existing Flexlm license manager,
