When exporting if I uncheck Output Arcs does this make the Arcs disappear?

Exported Arcs will always appear - regardless of whether the option to Output Arcs is checked or unchecked.   Visibly everything stays the same. 

When unchecked, only the Arc attribute data (i.e radius, center, start, end) are not included in the exported data.
