ODB++ expects the layer name for Top Components to be: comp_+_top
ODB++ expects the layer name for Bottom Components to be: comp_+_bot

Note: ODB++ format requires the above layer names for components. We will make sure that future updates of FAB 3000 automatically renames the component layer during ODB++ export.
