Problem converting drawn pads to Flashes and then export to drill data.

Please see attached gerber file of my holes in a Panel that has 21 PCBs.

When I bring it into Fab3000 and do an automatic flash on it, not all the holes get flashed :-(

Therefore, I do not get all the drills when I do a Gerber to Drill.

Your software has been a dream come true for me!

Please view the following tutorial which shows me convert your Gerber drawn pads to flashes, and then export out to a drill file.
