Can you have a look at this FAB 3000 workspace file and see if you can extract a netlist?
This is just 16 electrical layers and the drill only. When I start a netlist extraction, I get the dreaded "this program has stopped responding" message.
I am running a lean and up to date version of Windows 7 x64 SP1.

Thanks for sending the sample files. The reason for the memory problem (and program stoppage) is that each of your gerber files has the large "title block" added -- the dimensions are approximately 35" x 17". FAB 3000 is then lead to believe that your board is 35" X 17" which is the reason for the memory error. To resolve this issue, simply delete the title blocks, and then proceed with Netlist Extraction.
