Thanks again for sending the sample files.
After looking at your gerber files, I see that they're the older format RS-274D. Which means the following:
1. An Aperture list file is required to define all the shape types & sizes.
Note: Usually FAB 3000 will detect and load the aperture list automatically (if it happens to be one of the 50 predefined aperture templates FAB 3000 supports).
2. If FAB 3000 doesn't support that specific aperture list, you can either enter the apertures manually into the Aperture Table (menu: Setup | Apertures Table..) or even better use the Aperture Rules Wizard to teach FAB 3000 how to read that specific aperture list. Note: If the gerber file overall dimensions still seem off, you may need to adjust the Gerber Import Units.
