Will FAB 3000 nest jobs together to get the maximum usage from my material? Yes. FAB 3000 uses it's exclusive command called "Merge Wizard" which computer hundreds of different algorithms to determine the maximum usage from your material.
Here are several links from the FAB 3000 Help Manual describing how FAB 3000 nests jobs together: http://database.numericalinnovations.com/help/FAB/HTML/mergejobs.htm http://database.numericalinnovations.com/help/FAB/HTML/panelizewizard.htm http://database.numericalinnovations.com/help/FAB/HTML/quick5_minutestart.htm
Here's movie tutorials showing different ways to get maximum usage for your material: http://screencast.com/t/s9RytuMu5Qy http://screencast.com/t/C7c9hEGDsXj4 http://screencast.com/t/LTI61eDbskL http://screencast.com/t/PtpbtihXSi
Note: FAB 3000 is one of the only CAM software tools that support Hierarchy (nesting one job into another), which makes it easier to merge and optimize jobs.
Note: You can also manually insert jobs after Merge Wizard to get even better results or use the "Merge Job Table" to easily place each job.
