Can you layout a pcb with this Fab3000?

Yes & No. FAB 3000 is a gerber/CAM software tool, so you can draw all the required traces, pads, polygons for a PCB layout (and export all necessary gerbers, drills, fabdrawings, etc.). You can even extract a netlist after the layout and run DFM checks to verify it will manufacture correctly. FAB 3000 can be used to layout small simple PCB's however for mid-size to larger boards it is recommend that you use a PCB Layout tool because they allow you to more easily visualize & layout your PCB from a schematic and contain autorouter tools, etc.
