When I load or import the drill file(*.drr) or (*.drd) the location for the drill hole not match with the PCB boards.. I not sure if there any setting need to do or what happen here. By using the gerbview we can load the file nicely and match with the board.

Most likely the Drill origin does not match up with the gerber files (this is very common). Perhaps your gerber viewer is performing some type of automatic offset to align the drill to Gerbers. You can have FAB 3000 align the drill to gerbers, by using the menu: Edit | Layers | Align Layers...
