I tried to convert DWG/DXF files to Gerber by ACE3000, but I got some errors. Would you like to help me and find what the reason.

DXF to BITMAP - After the conversion I get an empty bitmap. I am unsure the conversion is even working.

Our manufacturer told use the gerber should be SOLID-Filled instead of just Outline – is there a setting for ACE software?

All I did is to change some font size parameter on the settings and ACE stop working.
