Please see below as I have created a tutorial movie showing how to convert those files. I have also included a download link so you may inspect the resulting Gerber & Drill files exported from ACE 3000.
Note: ACE is very good and filling the AutoCAD solid hatch boundaries, unless there are "duplicate" entities. This confuses ACE, so I show in the ACE editor how to resolve this issue. If possible, for best results it is recommended in AutoCAD to first remove duplicate/overlapping objects before creating the Hatch. ACE will then know exactly how to fill the job.
