Can not convert gerber to DWG file

Hi,

I am trying to convert gerber file to dwg file, The gerber file is loading and i can see the image, but iam unable to export it as dwg file. May i know the reason for this?

If you are having any troubles, please let me know the following:

1. What version of ACE Translator are you using?
2. What OS are you using? Windows XP, Vista, 7, Linux?
Note: DWG is not available on Linux. Linux users should use DXF instead.
3. Are there any error messages you receive?

Hi,

Still i am unable to generate DWG file. I don't even get any error message but the DWG is not created in the specified folder.

Iam using ACE 3000 V7 Translator version 7.2.9 and my OS is Windows XP.

Converting Gerber to DWG is very easy with ACE 3000 (as shown by my tutorial movie above). My only guess is that perhaps you may not have a registered license; or you have a limited demo license that doesn't allow exporting. I would recommend contacting whomever gave you the license and determine which type you have.
