What would be the difference in the following: Gerber digits (integer.decimal) 3.4 and 3.5 and 4.6 ?

I demand high resolution plots from my gerber output. What can I do to ensure the best accuracy from my gerbers.

Installation problem. I get a message stating "ACE 3000 may not have been installed correctly for the current user".

My priority is to convert DWG files directly to Gerber files using my AutoDesk Inventor 2011 or AutoCad Mechanical 2011 software.

We're having problems running ACE 3000 on Windows XP. It starts fine and then an error message occurs.
