During DXF conversion we need to fill the circles to make solid. I tried to fill these using ACE but would not fill correctly.

DXF to high resolution Bitmap (4000 per millimeter density). The final Cropped Bitmap Height is fine, however the width is 1 pixel off. Can you help?

I have a 3mm X 3mm gdsii needs to be output at say 200-300 dpi and say 1m X 1m as a poster print. Can you show me how?

After converting my DXF to Gerber and Drill, the Drill does not load to correct scale when I import back into ACE. Am I doing anything wrong?

I'm trying to import a drill file (attached) that is English 2,4 digits. I can only get close to the expected results by importing it as a metric.
