I have a 3mm X 3mm gdsii needs to be output at say 200-300 dpi and say 1m X 1m as a poster print. Can you show me how?

Sure. Here's a tutorial movie showing me create an "E" size plot with 600 DPI resolution from a GDSII that is 3mm x 3mm.
