Does IPC-D-356A netlist format support intentionally shorted nets?

Does anyone know if the IPC-D-356A netlist format supports intentionally shorted nets?
Some CAD tools have a capability to connect several logical nets into one physical net (e.g. digital and analog grounds etc). The question is how that shall be handled when an IPC-D-356A netlist is exported.
