How do I convert Postscript (or PDF) to Gerber using ACE 3000?

We need to convert an extremely complex MEMs layout (DWG format) to GDSII. I can't seem to get some of the very large polygons to convert correctly.

I am converting DXF files generated from Solidworks to GDSII. ACE seems to take too long converting my large DXF files. Please advise.

ACE was easy to use, however the DXF file exported from ACE doesn't seem to load into my Eagle package. What should I do?

Can ACE convert the 'solid' plane shapes in the pcb design files to discrete, single objects in the dxf file output?

We primarily convert from DXF to Gerber. Which product should we choose: ACE 3000 or FAB 3000?
