There are several DXF export options which will produce "solid objects" (i.e filled) in the DXF.

A. Start ACE 3000, and make sure the export format is either "DXF"  or  "DWG".

B. When you get the "DXF Export Options" page, try changing the option "Fill Technology" to one of the following:
"SOLID" - This will create a filled DXF file using multiple solid objects.
"HATCH" - This will create a single solid hatch object that will fill all objects.  You will need AutoCAD 2007 or higher to properly view this solid hatch.
