Then during DXF import options make sure "Explode All Inserts" is unchecked.
Gerber Export Options: Make sure to check the option: Use Step/Repeat when possible.

Translating both to gerber they are the same size. I expect the file with blocks to be smaller. Shouldn't it? Thanks for helping.
