The Dimatix printer requires a monochrome bitmap (1 bit), as it will not accept normal bitmaps like you have generated. When using ACE, for the Export Format select option: FUJIFILM Dimatix (BITMAP) and not "BITMAP (High Resolution)". Note: Make sure you are using ACE 3000 Version 8.2+.
