IMAGE (High-Resolution) Export Options

ACE can export High Resolution BITMAP files (up to 25,400,000 DPI accuracy) in monochrome format.  Perfect when you need to generate high-resolution images from your layouts, especially for maskless lithography requirements. Excess pixels around the borders of your BITMAP are automatically removed for precise image placement.

Image Resolution:

Determine the resolution to export Image. Note: Maximum accuracy up to 25,400,000 DPI

Default:   600 DPI

Image Compression (TIFF Only):

Determine the TIFF Compression to use.

Default:   LZW

Invert Image   (i.e. reverse polarity):

Revers polarity of image. Black Pixels will be white. White Pixels will be black.

Default:   UnChecked

Mirror Image:

Flip Image Horizontally (i.e about the Y-Axis).

Default:    UnChecked

Use Pixel Approximation (i.e. improve image sharpness):

Determine the resolution to export Image. Note: Maximum accuracy up to 25,400,000 DPI

Default:   Checked

Pixel Edge Compensation (Horizontal):

Reduce or Expand all geometries within an image by # Horizontal pixels.

Negative value reduces, positive value expands.

Note: Perfect for applying manufacturing compensations.

Default:   0

Pixel Edge Compensation (Vertical):

Reduce or Expand all geometries within an image by # Vertical pixels.

Negative value reduces, positive value expands.

Note: Perfect for applying manufacturing compensations.

Default:   0

X Pixel Spacing:

Output images with different Horizontal spacing (X-direction).  Perfect for liquid droplet applications.

Y Pixel Spacing:

Output images with different Vertical spacing (Y-direction).  Perfect for liquid droplet applications.
