Yes here is a sample I made into BMP from a DWG file with the ACE converter. However this one has not been accepted by the dimatix printers file formatting system, can you help?

Your printer requires a monochrome bitmap (1 bit) and your sample bitmap file "0.bmp" is 24bit.  

Since you're using a Dimatix printer, I would recommend your export format is "Large BITMAP" or try evaluating ACE 3000 (for FUJIFILM Dimatix) -- which is built specifically for FUJIFILM Dimatix printers.   https://www.numericalinnovations.com/products/ace-translator-for-fujifilm-dimatix
