We have a project that requires conversion of 25m length design. Can ACE handle the conversion of those extents?

You can actually modify the ACE database to allow up to 2000m length.  Please perform the following:

1. Start ACE.

2. Go to menu: Setup / Preferences...

3. Select tab "Misc"

4. Change the option "Database Accuracy" to "1/100 micron" or "1/10 micron" (for a 2000m limit).

Press OK and you should be fine.
