Problem with my ACE Activation Code

After entering my activation code, password and email I am asked to enter new password and after that the same error message appears. What's going on?

When viewing your activation code everything appears normal, so I believe the problem may be that you've installed ACE into a folder that does not have write permission.  If yes, please see the forum link below how to resolve it:
