What would I gain by buying the Professional versus the DXF/Gerber or are they the same thing? ACE 3000 Professional converts between file formats DXF, DWG, Gerber plus other formats like: Postscript, PDF, Images (TIFF, BMP, etc.), STL, GDS-II, ODB++, and more. It also allow editing, so you can make changes in the Viewer (such as moving text or adding text) before exporting to Gerber.
ACE 3000 DXF/Gerber only converts between DXF, DWG, and Gerber.
