Thanks for your patience, and you have performed everything correctly.  The reason those pieces are missing is that you're using the "demo" version of ACE 3000.  Which purposely removes random objects during export (so the user can see that the conversion works however to get a full export requires a registered license).

Note:  During Export, you will see a large dialog appear which a graphic that states the exports on the Demo Version will be limited.
