We already purchased ACE 3000 V6 and now it appears that our license is not being recognized.  We receive the following message "A registered license of ACE 3000 is required to proceed. Do you wish to purchase a license... " What do we do?


Thanks for your business, and we apologize for any inconvenience. I would first recommend that you try downloading and installing the latest version of ACE 3000 V6.

Note: This is usually the first step to take whenever there is a problem starting the software.  Why? Perhaps some internal ACE 3000 file was overwritten, etc. Installing a fresh new copy never hurts.


If there are still problems, then it has to do with your "Activation Code" which is sent to you after the order.  Please email it to us   sales@numericalinnovations.com , and we will "reset" your activation code on our license server.  Please remember, when activating ACE 3000 V6 to always use the same: activation code, e-mail, and password.
