There does not appear to be any way to set an aperture to zero width. Is there any way around this?

I tried ACE 3000 last night. It is very quick!

I have a problem with the size of files created though.

There does not appear to be any way to set an aperture to zero width.  We normally do this for small apertures (normally under 20 thou). That way thinks like silkscreen and pcb outlines appear as a single line.

Is there any way around this?

ACE 3000 will allow you to set a zero aperture width (although ACE will complain).  I have attached a tutorial movie showing how to convert Gerber to DXF with zero aperture width.
