Here's a cool trick to accurately translate any postscript file to gerber using ACE 2009.

1. Download a free software tool called "The GIMP". http://www.gimp.org/ 2. It can import postscript files and save them as Bitmaps (with any resolution). We usually output to a DPI like 1200 or higher. 3. This may create a large bitmap file, however ACE2009 has the ability to quickly load "ANY SIZE" bitmaps and convert them to gerber.
Note: Postscript file conversions can be tricky (like DXF conversions -- because there are a 100 different ways to draw geometries), so always make sure that you carefully review the postscript translation results in the ACE Viewer.
