We need to place a logo in silkscreen on a printed circuit board. Can FAB 3000 do this?

Also I want to change the colors in my sync, but I'm not sure what numbers correlate to the color. ex. 95 95 95 is neon green.

Is there any way to change the size of the grid, so that each space between dots is 5mil? The grid I currently have is too small to be precise.
