Thanks for sending the sample file.

The reason this file did not load in is because the first NC tool diameter was zero.

FMAT,2
INCH
T01C000.00000 <---- Zero - no diameter for drill hole
T02C000.01000
....

When I assign a default value of 0.001 then everything imports fine.

FMAT,2
INCH
T01C000.00100 <---- Assign as 0.001 (or any positive number)
T02C000.01000
....

Note: We have updated FAB3k to accept 0.0 size diameter NC tools and just assign a default value.
