I tried several times to install and reinstall the software and had no luck getting it to open. It just stalls after starting. I am using Windows 10.

The FAB3000 executable file is digitally code signed with the highest-level of security protocols possible, and incorporates the Numerical Innovations digital signature. Using file explorer (of any file browser) feel free to select the the FAB3000 executable file (FAB3000-V8_64.exe) and right click to view digital signatures and authentication.
Solution:
Truthfully wish there was a better method to regulate the many false positives by antivirus tools - as they seem to cause more IT/engineering downtimes preventing digitally-signed commercial software from executing properly.
