Need to ability to define a "comparison zone" to limit the number of comparison errors when comparing a 1-up design to a panelized design

When using Compare Layers or Jobs, set the option Search Area: Display. Only the area visible (in the Viewing Window) will be compared (the remaining Design or Panel area is ignored.
