"Not a gerber file" error

Hi all,
Just got this program and the first thing I tried didn't work the way I expected. I autoloaded the gerber files that I used to create my board. The drill file loaded but all the rest say filename, not a gerber file. What did I do wrong, seems like a simple thing to do.
