The open-file-dialog, shows local drives only. Virtual drives with mapped network-connections are no longer accessible.

Try using the setting "Perform File Buffering for Network Access".

1. Go to menu: Setup / Options...

2. Check this option: "Perform File Buffering for Unicode/Network Access"

3. Press Ok.
