Thanks for sending the sample screen captures. The small gaps in the traces are causing the issue (with DFM, etc.). To resolve these small Gaps, please try the following:
1. Merge all adjacent polygons together. (A) Select all metal objects on Top and Bottom layers. (B) Go to menu: Tools / Convert To / Polygon... This will merge all adjacent polygons - thus removing the Gaps. Netlist extraction and DFM Checks will run smoothly afterwards. or 2.
