When using Boolean Wizard to Subtract two layers, it crashed. Can you help?

Typically if any crash occurs it would involve the option Output Polygons set to "With Cutlines (for Islands)".  Using Cut-Lines in polygons can result in very massive polygons, that sometimes cause problems for some CAM software tools (used by other vendors and manufacturers).  For best results use "Without Cut Lines (for Islands).

Another preferred solution instead of "Boolean Wizard" is to use "Build Composites".  Here's a link with more information about using Build Composites instead of Boolean Wizard,   https://support.numericalinnovations.com/support/discussions/topics/14000014877

Hi Simon, i tried also to run this boolean wizard tool, but was not works also. It's always crash and the software FAB3K is closed automaticly. I want to use this function to create wafer design. This is related to my other ticket how to create pattern automaticly for Wafer-form (circle) with arrayed function. Is there any way to use this boolean wizard function?
