I get error message that says no boarder layer specified --- but there is one specified.
I did not have this issue last version.

Thanks for your question. A border must be a closed boundary. My guess is that your border layer may consist of individual traces.
FAB 3000 will prompt a message asking to automatically generate a border layer with closed boundaries. Select Yes and your border layer will be correctly constructed.
Note: You may also manually perform this task using the command Generate Border Layer (menu: Fabrication / Detect Border).
