I downloaded your cloud software after sigining up for it Opened and went to activate and it is telling me this is invalid code

Please confirm the following:
1. Make sure you are using the command "Numerical Cloud Activation" located in menu: Help / Enter License Key / Numerical Cloud Activation...
Note: If you use the normal activate process (menu: Help / Enter License Key / Activate) it will not work, and state invalid activation code.
2. If you do not see the command "Numerical Cloud Activation" (in either ACE or FAB) this means you need to download/install a more recent version of ACE or FAB from our website.
