I also encounter the drill layer was smaller than the whole PCB, I got stuck there, I’ve been trying to find out how to align this kind of layer.

It sounds like the primary problem here was the drill was loaded with the wrong import parameters. For example drill data just contains XY coordinates (something like: X3453465Y643422 ), it has nothing to tell FAB 3000 where the decimal point is placed. Thus, if the Drill import setting "Decimal Digits" is not defined correctly, the Drill file may load 10X too small or 10X too large. FAB 3000 attempts to re-scale the drill if it determines the drill file was imported incorrectly.
