I have a need to import a pdf file. The process completes with the message: Count: Block-1; 0 Total Object Imported.

I have a need to import a pdf file. I installed 2 versions of ghostscript (9.05 & 8.53) and tried both. I tried both before and after rebooting my computer. I was careful to select the proper dll files under the options dialog box (see attached snippet). The process completes with the message: Count: Block-1; 0 Total Object Imported.
