Your Gerbers are outputted with 2.4 format (accurate to 0.0001") and the drill is outputted at 2.3 (accurate to 0.001"). I created a quick tutorial showing you how to load your PCB in FAB 3000: http://screencast.com/t/sHQl9lOii
