Can I use your tools to export from Altium ODB++ to corel draw?

Try using FAB 3000 to convert an Altium ODB++ (or Gerber files) to Postscript (which should be able to be loaded into Corel Draw). 

Load the ODB++ file into FAB 3000, and then go to menu: File | Export | Postscript...
