Yes, FAB 3000 Professional can export GDSII data. So now you can perform any editing at the gerber level, and then export to "highly accurate" gdsii for glass masks, and other high-resolution artworks. Similar GDSII editing software for mask making can cost well over $5000(USD) just for this type of capability alone; and none of these GDSII editors is as easy-to-use or versatile as FAB 3000
