What are the terms and conditions for Numerical Cloud?

I have the CLOUD version. Trying to set up on a second computer. Keeps popping up with That activation code has been used and wants to reset the password. Will that mess up the first computer?

I won't be using FAB3000 for a couple of months (project is on hold) so I wanted to login in and disable billing.

I downloaded your cloud software after sigining up for it Opened and went to activate and it is telling me this is invalid code
