I need to convert a .DXF from AutoCAD of a single copper layer PCB to Gerber. The main issue is to fill each copper area in the Gerber file.

Can your program change the datum/ Reference point on a Gerber file.

I am currently looking for a program capable of generating the X,Y,Z data from a gerber file and came accross your FAB3000.

Does Fab 3000 import aperture lists automatically? I just tried importing some 274D files and it would not read in the aperture list.
