I need to know how I can cut a polygon existing in customer gerber file ? for example below, you can see a polygon filled around pads, I want cut this polygon on the red line :

I succes to panelize my PCB, in panel setup i have add my dimensions, fiducial, tooling hole, I have synchronize my layers and I have finish my panel but like you can see below in my panel, I have no fiducial, no tooling hole and no copper filled panel

My colleague suggested printing it as a PDF (vector) instead of changing the color setting, however I don't have that option.

I was printing to PDF in color which resulted in the image looking slightly different, but when I printed in B/W, it looked normal.

when importing layers I see 2 nodes which are not connected (many nodes are connected correct), while my colleague has the same version and same settings and he has the nodes correct connected after importing GKO layer.
