Installing the Windows-Service with the “LMTOOLS”:
with this procedure the service runs as a Windows service and is started automatically when booting from the server.
This should be done instead of point 12 of the manual.
Then enable port 27000 and the program "numinno.exe" in the Windows firewall for communication in both directions.
These instructions are valid at least for Windows Server 2019, but probably for all Windows versions.
Under the item "Server Status" you can check if the service is running correctly and which license is available.
Furthermore you can see how many licenses are occupied and free.
